“The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.” — Luke 10:2
Jesus looked out at the crowds—lost, hurting, searching—and He saw opportunity. But He also saw a problem: there weren’t enough willing people to do the work.
He didn’t say the harvest was scarce. He didn’t say people weren’t ready.
He said the opportunity is massive… but the workers are missing.
This timeless truth applies directly to network marketing today.
People are hurting right now:
They’re looking for something:
That’s the harvest.
But most people don’t know where to look…
And many of the people who have the solution—like you—are hesitating to share it.
If you're in network marketing, especially with a mission-driven company, you need to understand something crucial:
There are far more people who need what you have…
than there are people bold enough to share it.
You're sitting on:
But if you’re not showing up…
If you’re not sharing…
Then you’re not in the harvest.
This isn't a call for "recruiters." This is a call for kingdom-minded leaders.
Jesus wasn’t just looking for workers.
He was looking for faithful ones—people who would go into the world, get their hands dirty, and bring the lost home.
That’s you.
But only if you stop playing small.
1. Shift From Fear to Focus
Fear says, "What if they say no?"
Faith says, "What if they’ve been waiting for this?"
Every time you hold back, you delay someone else’s breakthrough.
2. Sow Daily
No harvest grows without consistent planting.
You don’t need to be perfect.
You just need to:
Daily activity leads to monthly harvests.
3. Lead the Way
Laborers don’t wait to be asked.
They grab the sickle and go.
If you want duplication in your team, stop asking who’s showing up.
Be the one who shows up first.
Jesus said the harvest is already ready.
It’s not your job to make people ripe.
It’s your job to be willing, available, and faithful.
The question isn’t, “Is there opportunity?”
The question is: “Will you step into the field?”
Your team, your growth, and your impact will never expand beyond your willingness to work the harvest.
Now is the time.
Pray for laborers—and choose to become one.
